Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory boasts exceptional performance combined with a racing frame and suspension and a series of first-rate electronic controls, added to which is the semi-active suspension. The colour combinations emphasise the exclusive nature of prestigious materials such as carbon (utilised on the front mudguard, the side panels, the exhaust terminal guard, the aerodynamic appendages, and the new front tank cover), in contrast with the titanium finish of the street-legal Akrapovič exhaust tailpipe, the same colour as the forged aluminium wheels.
The RSV4 and Tuono V4 both come with APRC (Aprilia Performance Ride Control), an electronic active control package that draws on Superbike world championship-winning technology. The most comprehensive and advanced solution on the market, it is a dynamic control platform containing unique auto-calibration and wheelie control functions and consists of ATC (Aprilia Traction Control), AWC (Aprilia Wheelie Control), ALC (Aprilia Launch Control) and AQS (Aprilia Quick Shift). Starting with the RsV4 RR and RF, Tuono V4 1100 RR and Factory, AWC has been recalibrated to deliver maximum performance at level 1, the option with greatest freedom.
Equipped with an 1100-cc engine, setting the benchmark in the category, it can reach power of up to 217 hp and 122 Nm torque. For the first time, Aprilia introduces as standard on a superbike, aerodynamic winglets on the fairing, a derivation of those developed by Aprilia Racing for the RS-GP prototype.
